摘　　要：本研究旨在通过回弹法评估隧道混凝土的强度,以提高隧道工程的安全性和可靠性。研究采用了标准化的回弹仪器,在不同养护时间的混凝土样本上进行测试,以获取回弹值。通过对比分析不同取样部位(底板处、中段处、压顶处)的回弹数据,研究揭示了混凝土质量随养护时间的延长而提高的趋势,同时也发现了不同部位混凝土质量的差异。结果表明:回弹法是一种有效的非破坏性检测手段,能够为隧道衬砌的质量控制提供实时数据。在隧道工程中,衬砌部位需要承受较大的荷载和变形,因此其混凝土质量要求较高。从回弹数据来看,部分衬砌部位的混凝土强度可能存在一定的不足,需要加强质量控制。隧道衬砌、底板、拱顶等不同部位的混凝土回弹值在相同龄期下存在一定的差异。这些差异与不同部位的施工条件、材料配比以及结构特点等因素有关。This study aims to evaluate the strength of tunnel concrete through rebound method,in order to improve the safety and reliability of tunnel engineering.The study used standardized rebound instruments to test concrete samples at different curing times to obtain rebound values.By comparing and analyzing the rebound data of different sampling locations(bottom plate,middle section,and top),the study revealed the trend of improving concrete quality with the extension of curing time,and also found differences in concrete quality in different locations.The results indicate that the rebound method is an effective non-destructive testing method that can provide real-time data for quality control of tunnel lining.In tunnel engineering,the lining area needs to withstand significant loads and deformations,therefore its concrete quality requirements are high.From the rebound data,it can be seen that there may be some shortcomings in the concrete strength of some lining parts,and quality control needs to be strengthened.There are certain differences in the rebound value of concrete in different parts such as tunnel lining,bottom plate,and arch crown at the same age.These differences are related to factors such as construction conditions,material ratios,and structural characteristics in different parts.
