摘 要:聚羧酸减水剂具有减水率大、清洁化生产、性价比高等优点,其减水机理与萘系减水剂有很大不同。夏季生产时,将两种减水剂分别加入轨枕混凝土中,并根据实际情况复配一定比例缓凝剂,进行混凝土拌合性能、力学性能及静载试验,分析其对轨枕混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:聚羧酸减水剂相比于萘系减水剂,在减水率、和易性、经济性方面存在一定优势,可以应用到轨枕混凝土中。Polycarboxylic acid water reducer has the advantages of high water reduction rate,clean production,and high cost-effectiveness.Its water reduction mechanism is very different from that of naphthalene based water reducer.During summer production,two types of water reducing agents are added to the concrete of the rail sleeper,and a certain proportion of retarder is added according to the actual situation to conduct concrete mixing performance,mechanical properties,and static load tests,analyzing their impact on the performance of the rail sleeper concrete.The results show that polycarboxylate superplasticizers have certain advantages in terms of water reduction rate,workability,and economy compared to naphthalene based superplasticizers,and can be applied to rail sleeper concrete.
