摘  要:为研究内压作用下波纹管的轴向补偿能力,论文将U形波纹管简化为梁模型推导了内压作用下波纹管轴向补偿能力计算公式,并基于有限元建模方法计算了U形波纹管的轴向补偿能力数值,得到了内压作用下U形波纹管轴向补偿能力数值会随压力增大而呈线性增大的结论,分析了各结构参数变化对带压状态下U形波纹管轴向的补偿能力数值的影响程度,对U形波纹管带压设计提供了参考。In order to research the bellows’axial compensation ability of internal pressure affection,in this paper,the U-shaped bellows was simplified as a beam model,and the calculate formula of the bellows’axial compensation ability under internal pressure was derived.Based on the finite element modeling method,the U-shaped bellows’axial compensation ability values were calculated,and obtained the conclusion that U-shaped bellows’axial compensation ability values under internal pressure will increase linearly with the increase of pressure.The influence of structural parameters on the U-shaped bellows’axial compensation ability values under pressure were analyzed,which provides some reference for the design of the U-shaped bellows under pressure.
