摘　　要：马克思主义基本原理中的世界市场理论和中华优秀传统文化中的开放思想(即中国古代开放思想)分别为当代中国对外开放思想的“两个结合”提供了理论前提和文化养分。世界市场理论蕴含着对世界市场与全球化产生必然性的认识、对资本主义世界市场两面性的分析和对世界市场发展归宿的展望与建构,明确了“两个结合”的出发点、矛盾点和落脚点。中国古代开放思想包含的“和而不同、兼收并蓄”“以义为先、义利兼顾”“天下为公、协和万邦”等观念,则为“两个结合”奠定了基调、原则和愿景。以习近平同志为核心的党中央在对外开放的实践中将世界市场理论同当代中国实际相结合、同中国古代开放思想相结合,形成一系列全新的理论认识与发展方案,彰显出对“两个结合”的深入践行与灵活运用。The world market theory in the basic principles of Marxism and the opening-up thought in the excellent traditional Chinese culture(i.e.,the ancient Chinese opening-up thought)respectively provide the theoretical premise and cultural nutrients for the"two combinations"of the contemporary Chinese opening-up to the outside world.The world market theory contains the understanding of the inevitability of the world market and globalization,the analysis of the dual character of the capitalist world market and the prospect and construction of the development destination of the world market,and clarifies the starting point,contradiction point and foothold of the"two combinations".The concepts of"harmony without diversity,inclusiveness","puting justice first and taking justice and interests into account","the world for the common good,and harmony among all nations"contained in the ancient Chinese opening-up thought laid the tone,principles and vision for the"two combinations".Chinese Communists,with Comrade Xi Jinping as their chief representative,have combined the world market theory with the reality of contemporary China and the ancient Chinese opening-up thought in the practice of opening-up to the outside world to form a series of brand-new theoretical understandings and development plans,demonstrating the deeply practice and flexible application of the"Two Combinations".
