摘　　要：秦音乐是秦人自身音乐、西周礼乐文明、西戎民族音乐以及东方各国音乐混合的产物,是秦人长期以来与东西方民族交往交流交融的结果。其文化的渊源可以追溯到殷商和西周朝;经秦仲、秦襄公、秦文公、秦武公时期不断发展,至秦穆公时期在继承西周礼乐制度的同时,更注重自身音乐制度建设;战国时期,秦不断接受、融合各国各地的音乐;统一六国后,创立了宫廷用乐。在“秦声”发展过程中,秦音乐一方面不断学习西周礼乐制度,实现了礼乐文明的高度与雅致;另一方面还有自身的一些特性,如慷慨、真诚、古朴、原生态等长期得以保存。同时,音乐制度建设也取得了成就,并有相对明确的分工。这一制度深刻影响了汉及其后王朝的音乐制度,鲜明地反映了中华民族交往交流交融的过程。Qin music is a mixture of Qin people’s own music,Western Zhou ritual music civilization,Western Rong ethnic music,and music from various oriental countries.It is the result of Qin people’s long-term communication and integration with Eastern and Western ethnic groups.The origin of Qin music culture can be traced back to the Yin Shang period and the Western Zhou period.Through the continuous development of Qin Zhong,Qin Xianggong,Qin Wengong,and Qin Wugong,Qin Mugong not only inherited the Western Zhou ritual and music system,but also focused on the construction of music systems and integrated Western ethnic music forms.During the Warring States period,Qin continuously integrated and accepted music from various countries and regions.After the establishment of the Qin Dynasty,palace music was established.Along with the development of Qin music,achievements were also made in the construction of the music system.The Yuefu system may have been established during the Warring States period.The“Tai Le”under“Tai Chang”and the“Yuefu”under“Shaofu”were both specialized music institutions with relatively clear division of labor.In the development process of Qin music,on the one hand,Qin music continuously learned from the Western Zhou ritual and music system and achieved a high level and elegance of ritual and music civilization.Qin also had some of its own musical characteristics,such as the generosity,sincerity,antiquity,and original ecology of Qin music,which were also preserved for a long time.The music system of Qin had a profound impact,which profoundly influences the music system of Han and its later feudal dynasties,and reflects the process of communication,exchange,and integration of the Chinese nation.
