我国跨境电商物流发展现状与对策研究 ——以考拉海购为例

摘　　要：随着全球化的不断加深,跨境电商发展迅猛,但是在中间的物流环节因为无法跟进电子商务的发展而出现库存不足、物流时间过长等问题,反而制约了电商的进一步发展。文章以考拉海购的跨境电子商务物流为例,讨论跨境电商物流的共同特性,发现通过统一第三方物流、加强逆向物流;建立海外仓;对国际间新型物流技术的研究、示范、推广,加强技术创新与对基础物流设施的投入;对物流人才的专业化培养等方式,可以让跨境电商物流挣脱当前的制约,促进跨境电商的进一步发展。With the deepening of globalization,cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly,but in the middle logistics link,there are problems such as insufficient inventory and long logistics time,which restrict the further development of e-commerce.Taking cross-border electronic commerce logistics purchased by Koala as an example,this paper discusses the common characteristics of cross-border e-commerce logistics,and finds that by unifying third-party logistics and strengthening reverse logistics;establish overseas warehouses;research,demonstration and popularization of new international logistics technology,strengthen technological innovation and investment in basic logistics facilities;training of logistics talents can make cross-border e-commerce logistics break away from the current constraints and promote the further development of cross-border e-commerce.
