生鲜农产品冷链物流研究文献计量分析

摘　　要：生鲜农产品冷链物流是物流业的重要组成部分,也是当前研究的热门领域,近年来相关研究文献不断增加,已有必要对这些文献进行系统、定量的梳理分析,为后续研究提供参考。检索了SCI、SSCI和中国知网数据库中的核心期刊文献,使用CiteSpace和VOSviewer两款软件,从作者、机构、国家及地区、关键词四个方面进行了可视化分析。研究表明:国内生鲜农产品冷链物流研究起步晚于国外,但近年国内学者迅速提高了国际影响力,产生了中国农业大学教授张小栓等多名核心作者;然而在当前研究中,各研究主体之间的合作有限;通过对关键词分析,发现食品安全、冷链流通、智慧物流、绿色物流等是过去一段时间的研究热点。Fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics is an important part of logistics industry and a hot research field currently.In recent years,relevant research literature has been increasing continuously,and it has become necessary to systematically and quantitatively sort out and analyze these literature for reference in subsequent research.Literature in SCI,SSCI and CNKI(limited to core journals)databases were retrieved,and visual analysis was conducted from four aspects:Authors,institutions,countries and regions,and keywords using two software tools CiteSpace and VOSviewer.The study shows that:The research on fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics started later in China than abroad,but domestic scholars have rapidly improved their international influence in recent years,producing core authors such as Professor Zhang Xiaoshuan at China Agricultural University;however,cooperation between various research entities is limited in current research;through keyword analysis,it was found that food safety,cold chain circulation,smart logistics,green logistics and other topics were hot research topics in the past period of time.
