摘　　要：“三高四新”战略背景下,企业对物流人才的需求逐渐转向多能力、跨学科、复合型。文章提出了“三高四新”战略背景下的高职物流“知行创”三融入人才培养模式,指出了从培养目标、课程体系、评价体系等方面进行高职物流人才培养模式的改革,旨在培养出懂设备使用、懂流程规划、懂投资回报和懂现场管理的物流人才,为高职物流专业的人才培养方案制定提出了有益建议。Under the background of"three high and four new"strategy,the demand for logistics talents in enterprises is gradually turning to multi-ability,interdisciplinary and composite.This study puts forward the talent training mode of"knowledge,action and creation"in higher vocational logistics under the background of"three high and four new"strategy,and points out the reform of logistics talent training in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum system,evaluation system,etc.,aiming at cultivating logistics talents who understand the use of equipment,understand process planning,understand return on investment and understand site management.Some useful suggestions are put forward for the formulation of talent training plan for logistics specialty in higher vocational colleges.
