摘　　要：医学作为卫生健康事业的重要支柱,其发展不仅关系到国计民生,更直接影响人们的生命质量。在信息科技推动下,医学领域面临着新的挑战和机遇。如何培养适应时代需求、具备创新创业能力的医学人才成为亟待解决的问题。产教融合强调学校与产业之间的深度合作,着眼于实际需求,注重实践能力培养,培养更具创新创业精神的医学专业人才。通过深入分析医学院校创新创业型人才培养的重要性,针对其中存在的问题,提出一些实施路径,以期为医学院校在产教融合模式下实施创新创业型人才培养提供有益的启示与建议。As an important pillar of health care,the development of medicine is not only related to the national economy and people's livelihood,but also directly affects the quality of people's life.Driven by information technology,the medical field is facing new challenges and opportunities.How to train medical talents who can meet the needs of the times and have the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship has become an urgent problem to be solved.The integration of industry and education emphasizes the deep cooperation between schools and industries,focuses on the actual needs,pays attention to the cultivation of practical ability,and cultivates more innovative and entrepreneurial medical professionals.Through an in-depth analysis on the importance of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in medical colleges and universities,some implementation paths are proposed according to the existing problems,in order to provide useful enlightenment and suggestions for medical colleges to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents under the integration mode of industry and education.
