摘　　要：新时代对汉语国际教育专业人才跨文化能力培养提出了新的要求。当前汉语国际教育人才在跨文化能力培养方面普遍存在文化自信力不足、文化传播意识欠缺、跨文化视角受限、跨文化人才培养定位不清、课程设置存在偏差、实践环境和行业师资队伍匮乏等问题,为此,从明确人才培养定位、合理配置课程比例,多渠道营造跨文化环境、搭建跨文化平台,加大课堂教学改革力度、探索跨文化能力培养新举措,强化传统文化素养和新媒体素养培育等六个方面提出了有针对性的建议。The new era has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of cross-cultural competence of Chinese international education professionals.At present,there are common problems in the cultivation of cross-cultural competence among Chinese international education talents,such as insufficient cultural confidence,lack of cultural dissemination awareness,limited cross-cultural perspectives,unclear positioning of cross-cultural talent cultivation,deviation in curriculum design,lack of practical environment and industry teaching staff.Therefore,in order to clarify the positioning of talent cultivation,reasonably allocate the proportion of courses,create a cross-cultural environment through multiple channels,and build cross-cultural plaforms.Targeted suggestions have been put forward in six aspects,including increasing the reform of classroom teaching,exploring new measures for cultivating cross-cultural competence,and strengthening the cultivation of traditional cultural literacy and new media literacy,etc.
