摘  要:学人研究是理解学科发展、促进学科建设与人才质量提升的重要视角与方法,学人的群体特质和成长逻辑能够有效转化为育人资源。以中国女性学学者为研究对象,运用质性研究方法分析其学术经历与治学经验发现,中国女性学学者的群体特质集中表现为问题意识、性别观照、关系性思维,她们遵循“社会化发展”与“合法性追寻”的成长逻辑。这种育人理念与育人方法对女性学学科专业人才培养具有启迪意义。可以通过深化学人专题研究和加强人际互动的方式,将女性学学人的群体经验转化为育人资源,促进女性学学科建设与人才培养质量提升。Scholar research is an important perspective and method for understanding the development of disciplines,promoting discipline construction,and improving talent quality.The characteristics of scholars of women studies and their generation logic can be effectively transformed into educational resources.Using qualitative research methods to analyze the academic experiences of Chinese female scholars.Research has found that the group characteristics of Chinese scholars of women studies are concentrated in problem awareness,gender perspective,and relational thinking.Their growth process follows the logic of“social development”and“legitimacy pursuit”.This has enlightening significance for the cultivation of professional talents in the field of women’s studies in terms of educational concepts and methods.Through in-depth research on women’s studies and strengthening interpersonal interaction,the group experience of women’s studies can be transformed into educational resources,promoting the construction of women’s studies and the improvement of talent cultivation quality.
