摘 要:[目的]研究青牛胆的光合特性对遮阴的响应,找到适宜青牛胆生长的光照强度,以期为青牛胆高效栽培提供理论依据。[方法]选取2年生青牛胆幼苗为材料,在林下进行70%~90%(对照)、50%~70%(轻度遮阴,T1)、30%~50%(中度遮阴,T2)、10%~30%(重度遮阴,T3)四个不同透光处理,对青牛胆的光合特性进行研究。[结果]青牛胆在50%~70%(轻度遮阴,T1)的透光率下生长最优,且没有“光合午休”现象,同时水分利用率较高为9.69μmol/(m^(2)·s)、表观量子效率较高,为0.082;蒸腾速率较低,日均值为0.71μmol/(m^(2)·s)。[结论]适度的遮阴能增强青牛胆的光合作用,且青牛胆的叶绿素含量也随遮阴度的加深而提高,表明其对光照的适应性较强。[Objective]It is to study the response of photosynthetic characteristics of Tinospora sagittata(Oliv.)Gagnep.to shading,and to find the suitable light intensity for the growth of Tinospora sagittata(Oliv.)Gagnep.in order to provide a theoretical basis for its efficient cultivation.[Method]The photosynthetic characteristics of Tinospora sagittata(Oliv.)Gagnep.were studied and tested under the forest by 4 different light transmission treatments of 70%-90%,50%-70%,30%-50%and 10%-50%.[Result]The results showed that the growth of Tinospora sagittata(Oliv.)Gagnep.was the best under 50%-70%light transmittance,and there was no“photosynthetic lunch break”phenomenon,while it exhibited a relatively high water use efficiency of 9.69μmol/(m^(2)·s),an apparent quantum efficiency of 0.082,and a low transpiration rate with an average daily value of 0.71μmol/(m^(2)·s).[Conclusion]Moderate shading could enhance the photosynthesis of Tinospora sagittata(Oliv.)Gagnep.and its chlorophyll content also increased with the deepening of shading,indicating that it had strong adaptability to light.
