摘 要:针对深圳都市圈城际铁路天窗时间短、运维资源紧张、供电系统复杂的客观实际,结合深圳城际牵引供电系统的特点,提出以智能一次设备为基础的供电智能运维整体方案。在此基础上,采用威布尔分布模拟牵引供电设备的劣化趋势,以设备可靠度作为关键判据,构建深圳城际牵引供电设备的预防性机会维修模型。通过具体算例,对比预防性机会维修模型与传统定期维修的差异,验证了预防性机会维修模型的优越性,具有一定的推广应用价值。With regard to the objective reality of short maintenance gap,limited operation and maintenance resources,and complicated power supply system in the intercity railway of Shenzhen metropolitan area,combined with the characteristics of Shenzhen intercity traction power supply system,a power supply intelligent operation and maintenance overall scheme based on intelligent primary equipment is proposed.On this basis,Weibull distribution is used to simulate the deterioration trend of traction power supply equipment,and equipment reliability is used as a key criterion to establish a preventive opportunity maintenance model for traction power supply equipment of Shenzhen intercity railway.By comparing the differences between the preventive opportunity maintenance model and traditional periodic maintenance through specific examples,the advantages of the preventive opportunity maintenance model have been verified,and it has certain values for promotion and application.
