摘　　要：接触网作为高铁动力来源的重要组成部分,其预配工作对于轨道交通的安全和可靠性至关重要。本文讨论智能制造在接触网预配关键部件—腕臂的生产预配环节中的重点应用,分析其对于提高整个接触网预配效率及减少安全事故的作用,重点介绍腕臂预配的智能化生产预配,总结智能制造在接触网工程应用方面的效果。Assembly of OCS,an important component of high-speed rail power supply,is crucial for the safety and reliability of urban rail transit line.The paper discusses the key application of intelligent fabrication and assembly of cantilevers,an important component of OCS,analyzes its role in improving the efficiency of the entire preassembly of OCS and reducing accidents,focuses on introduction of the intelligent fabrication and preassembly of cantilever,and summarizes the effects of intelligent fabrication applied in OCS engineering.
