摘　　要：针对某地铁工程高架区间环网电缆中间头部位发生的绝缘击穿事件,详细分析故障原因,结合电缆外护套材料原理,探讨电缆外护套收缩的原因,并从电缆制造、招标、设计施工及运营维护等环节给出相应的解决方案。With regard to an incident of insulation breakdown that occurred at an intermediate joint of a ring network cable in an elevated section of a subway project,a detailed analysis of causes of the fault is made.Combining with the principle of cable outer sheath material,the reasons for shrinkage of cable outer sheath are discussed,and corresponding solutions are provided from aspects of cable manufacturing,bidding,design and construction as well as aspects of operation and maintenance.
