摘　　要：总结城市轨道交通车辆基地综合利用在实际建设过程中遇到的规划设计问题,从规划布局、外部交通组织、内部交通组织、环境品质4个方面,结合案例归纳提出其中的关键设计要点。以集约利用土地、倡导绿色出行、改善城市环境为价值导向,为未来综合利用项目的规划设计提供参考。By summarizing the design problems encountered in the practical construction process of comprehensive development of metro depots,key design points are proposed from four aspects of planning layout,external traffic organization,internal traffic organization,and environmental quality,combined with cases.With the value orientation of intensive land use,green travel advocacy,and urban environment improvement,it provides reference for the design work of comprehensive development projects in the future.
