摘　　要：目的 探讨规范化护理在乳腺切除术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取兰陵县人民医院乳腺甲状腺外科2019年11月至2022年11月收治的68例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=34)与观察组(n=34)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用规范化护理。比较两组负性情绪、遵医行为及并发症发生情况。结果 护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总遵医率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 规范化护理在乳腺切除术患者中的应用效果显著,可缓解患者的负性情绪,减少并发症,提高遵医行为,有利于患者的术后恢复。Objective To explore the application effect of standardized nursing in patients with adenomammectomy.Methods A total of 68 patients with adenomammectomy admitted to the Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery,People’s Hospital of Lanling County from November 2019 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=34)and the observation group(n=34)using the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given standardized nursing.The negative emotions,compliance behavior,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of standardized nursing in patients with adenomammectomy has a significant effect,which can alleviate negative emotions,reduce complications,improve medical compliance behavior,and is cond uctive to the postoperative recovery of patients.
