摘  要:目的 探讨分阶段持续健康教育模式在剖宫产产妇中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年3月至2023年3月在滨州医学院附属医院行剖宫产术的100例产妇作为研究对象,根据抛币法将产妇分为参照组与观察组,每组各50例。参照组产妇采用常规健康教育模式,观察组产妇采用分阶段持续健康教育模式,比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组健康知识掌握度高于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的自护技能、自我概念、自护责任感、健康知识评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 剖宫产护理中应用分阶段持续健康教育模式的临床价值更高,可提高产妇健康知识掌握度与自护能力。Objective To explore the application value of phased continuous health education mode in postpartum women undergoing cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 cases of women who underwent cesarean section in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to coin toss method,they were divided into the reference group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was given conventional health education mode,the observation group was given phased continuous health education mode,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The mastery of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-care skills,self-concept,self-care responsibility,and health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of phased continuous health education mode in cesarean section nursing has higher clinical value,which can improve the maternal health knowledge and self-care ability.
