摘　　要：随着市场经济的快速发展和全球化竞争的加剧,事业单位面临的管理挑战日益严峻。工商管理培训作为提升管理水平、优化资源配置、增强竞争力的重要途径,在事业单位发展中具有举足轻重的地位。因此,加强工商管理培训以提高事业单位管理水平具有十分重要的意义。本文旨在探讨如何通过加强工商管理培训来提升事业单位的管理水平。首先,文章阐述了事业单位加强工商管理培训的重要性。其次,分析了事业单位工商管理培训存在的问题。再次,文章提出了加强工商管理培训提高事业单位管理水平的策略,主要包括提高对培训重要性的认识、使培训内容与岗位需求相匹配、创新培训方式等,通过这些措施的实施,以期为我国事业单位管理水平的提升提供有益的参考和借鉴。With the rapid development of market economy and the intensification of global competition,public institutions are facing increasingly severe management challenges.As an important way to enhance management level,optimize resource allocation,and strengthen competitiveness,business administration training plays a pivotal role in the development of public institutions.Therefore,strengthening business administration training to improve the management level of public institutions is of great significance.This article aims to explore how to enhance the management level of public institutions by strengthening business administration training.First,the article elaborates on the importance of strengthening business administration training in public institutions.Second,it analyzes the existing problems in business administration training in public institutions.Third,the article proposes strategies to strengthen business administration training and improve the management level of public institutions.These strategies mainly include raising awareness of the importance of training,aligning training content with job requirements,and innovating training methods.Through the implementation of these measures,it is expected to provide useful reference and inspiration for improving the management level of public institutions in China.
