摘　　要：射血分数保留的心力衰竭(heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,HFpEF)是一种异质性综合征,发病率及死亡率逐年增加。HFpEF的病理机制尚未完全明确,可用的治疗方式有限。HFpEF在中医学属于“心水病”范畴,中医药防治该病具有独特的优势,相关研究正逐步开展。蛋白组学旨在从蛋白质水平揭示疾病进程的病理生理动态变化,已经广泛应用于HFpEF病理机制探索、生物标志物筛选及药物作用机制挖掘的研究。然而,其在HFpEF中医科研中的应用尚处于萌芽阶段。因此,本文探析蛋白质组学在促进HFpEF中医证候分型和分期客观化、中医药现代化及中医个体化治疗的应用前景,以期为中医药防治HFpEF提供新的思路。Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)is a heterogeneous syndrome with increasing morbidity and mortality over the years.Currently,the pathomechanism of HFpEF remains to be elucidated,resulting in a limited number of available therapeutic modalities.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),HFpEF belongs to the field of‘heart and water disease’,and Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of this disease,and the related research is being gradually carried out.Proteomics aims to reveal the pathophysiological dynamics of the disease process at the protein level and has been widely used in the exploration of the pathological mechanisms of HFpEF,screening of biomarkers,and exploring the mechanism of pharmaceutical action.However,its use in HFpEF TCM research is only emerging.Therefore,this article explore the application prospects of proteomics in promoting the objectivity of HFpEF TCM evidence typing and staging,the modernization of TCM,and the individualized treatment of TCM,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of HFpEF with TCM.
