摘　　要：本文总结耳穴按摩联合艾灸治疗1例慢性肾小球肾炎患者耳鸣症状的施治经验及中医特色护理技术实践体会。在完善护理评估的基础上,运用耳穴按摩联合艾灸,能有效改善患者耳鸣症状;同时配合心理护理和饮食护理干预,有助于改善患者负面情绪,提升患者生活质量,促进康复。This article summarized the treatment effect of auricular acuopint massage com⁃bined with moxibustion and nursing practice of tinnitus in a patient with chronic glomerulonephri⁃tis.Based on a comprehensive nursing assessment,the auricular acuopint massage combined with moxibustion was carried out to relieve the clinical symptoms of tinnitus.In addition,interventions such as psychological care and diet guidance could contribute to the relief of negative emotions and improvement of quality of life during treatment.
