摘　　要：总结1例腰椎间盘突出患者的医护一体化中医护理查房实践经验。分析患者临床资料,由责任护士汇报病例,医生分析病情,医护联合对重点护理内容进行讨论,协同制定护理措施。通过医护一体化查房,医护之间专业互补,重建医、护、患三位一体的治疗和护理模式,达到实施整体护理的效果。This paper summarizes the practical of medical integration model in the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing ward round for a patient with lumbar disc herniation.Based on the re⁃view of patient’s clinical data,responsible nurse had reported the case analysis,and doctors had comprehensively analyzed the illness condition of the patient.The key nursing contents were dis⁃cussed and nursing measures were jointly formulated.Through the integration of medical and nurs⁃ing rounds,the professional complementarity between medical and nursing can be rebuilt,and a mode consisting of medical treatment,nursing care and patient participation can be achieved.
