新型钢模板顺路溜井在上向水平分层充填采矿法中的应用

摘　　要：充填采矿法将是未来地下开采的主要发展方向,优化充填采矿法的开采工艺尤为必要。然而在充填采矿法中溜井作为大部分矿山上部各中段采场矿石实现集中运输,保证各分段出矿能力提高生产力的作用,因此安全高效的溜井施工方案对于提高矿山生产能力,降低施工成本尤为重要。基于此,文章结合湖南某铅锌矿地下开采采用上向水平分层充填采矿法的特点,提出了采用预制钢模板替代传统钢筋砼浇筑制作采场溜矿井的新型钢模板顺路溜井施工方案并在现场进行了应用,现场试验表明,新型钢模板顺路溜井施工方案具有减轻劳动强度、提高生产效率、降低采矿成本、降低作业风险等优点,可为类似矿山上向水平分层充填采矿法溜井施工提供借鉴。Cut and fill mining method is set to be the predominant direction in future underground mining,rendering the optimization of filling mining processes essential.Within this context,ore passes play a pivotal role in centralized transportation of ore from various mid-level mining faces in most mines,ensuring segmented ore output capacity and enhancing productivity.Therefore,safe and efficient ore pass construction is vital for augmenting mine productivity and cutting down construction cost.For this purpose,this paper proposed a novel steel formwork ore pass construction method,substituting prefabricated steel formworks for conventional reinforced concrete casting,tailored to the characteristics of upward horizontal cut-and-fill mining employed in a lead-zinc mine in Hunan Province,China,and applied it on site.The results of field test reveal its advantages,including lower labor intensity,higher production efficiency,lower mining costs,and lower operational risks.This innovative approach can serve as a valuable reference for similar mines adopting upward horizontal cut-and-fill mining methods in their ore pass construction.
