摘　　要：丹药是一种古老的中药制剂,是中医外科治疗慢性疮面的重要外治手段之一,广泛应用于各种慢性疮面的治疗。组织修复与重建是慢性疮面治疗的必要过程,但目前对丹药在慢性疮面组织修复与重建中的作用机制尚不明确。本文从丹药的传统应用及分类、活性成分、作用机制及临床应用等多个方面进行浅显论述,分析丹药优势和局限性,并展望未来丹药应用趋势和潜在研究方向,为慢性疮面的治疗提供新的思路。Dan medicine is an ancient Chinese medicinal preparation,which is one of the important external treatments in the surgical treatment of chronic sores in traditional Chinese medicine and is widely used in the treatment of various chronic sores.Tissue repairing and reconstruction is a necessary process in the treatment of chronic sores,but the mechanism of action of Dan medicine in tissue repairing and reconstruction of chronic sores is still unclear.In this article we make a discussion from the aspect of traditional application and classification,active ingredients,mechanism of action and clinical application.We analyze Dan medicine advantages and limitations and future trends in the application of Dan medicines and envision potential research directions to provide new insights in the treatment of chronic sores.
