摘  要:放射性皮炎是放疗中最常见的不良反应之一,其急性期主要表现为皮肤红斑、水肿、脱屑、溃疡,并伴有灼痛、瘙痒等症状。对乳腺癌患者而言,其不仅降低生活质量,还会延缓治疗进程并影响生存预后。急性放射性皮炎目前尚无特效药治疗,而中医药具有疗效确切、简便经济之优势,在临床上得到广泛应用。从中医学角度而言,急性放射性皮炎与口疮的症状与病因病机相似,青吹口为治疗口疮之验方,本文旨在基于“异病同治”理论对青吹口膏治疗乳腺癌急性放射性皮炎经验总结,以期提供新的治疗思路。Radiation dermatitis is one of the most common side effects of radiotherapy and its acute manifestations include skin erythema,edema,desquamation,ulceration accompanied by burning pain,itching and so on.For breast cancer patients,it not only reduces the quality of life,but also slows down the process of treatment and affects the survival prognosis.Acute radiation dermatitis is not only treated with any effective drugs,but traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in the clinical practice due to the advantages of precise efficacy,simplicity and economy.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,the symptoms and etiology of acute radiation dermatitis and oral ulcers are similar.This article aims to summarize the experience of Qingchuikou ointment in the treatment of acute radiation dermatitis of breast cancer based on the theory of′homotherapy for heteropathy′to provide a new therapeutic idea for further treatment.
