中医外治法联合光动力治疗中重度痤疮的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨中医外治法联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗中重度痤疮的有效性及安全性。方法根据纳排标准将入选的52例中重度痤疮患者按治疗方式不同分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组给予患者中医外治法联合光动力治疗,对照组仅给予光动力治疗,每组治疗3次,疗程共计6周。比较两组治疗的有效率、不良反应、患者生活质量改善等情况。结果第12周,两组患者痤疮综合分级系统评分较治疗前均明显降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率(92.30%)显著高于对照组(84.70%,P<0.05),治疗组主要不良反应为预处理时可耐受的疼痛。两组共有的主要不良反应为照光时的疼痛、照光后一过性红斑、水肿等,经对症处理可好转,安全性较好。结论中医外治法联合光动力治疗中重度痤疮疗效确切,起效快,优于单独光动力治疗,且具有良好的安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy for moderate to severe acne.Methods According to the different treatment methods from inclusion and exclusion criteria,52 patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given TCM external treatment combined with photodynamic therapy,and the control group was only given photodynamic therapy.Each group was treated for 3 times with a total course of 6 weeks.The effective rate,adverse reactions,improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks treatment,the Global Acne Grading System scores of both groups showed a significant decrease compared with the condition before treatment.Additionally,the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group(92.30%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.70%,P<0.05).The main adverse reactions observed in the treatment group were pain.The other primary adverse reactions observed in both groups were transient edema and erythema,which could be effectively managed with symptomatic treatment,indicating a good safety profile.Conclusion The combination of TCM external treatment and photodynamic therapy has demonstrated efficacy in the management of moderate to severe acne,which is better than photodynamic therapy alone.This approach is associated with fewer adverse reactions and a favorable safety profile,thus warranting further clinical application.
