基于四川地域特色探讨寻常性银屑病的中医治疗

摘　　要：银屑病是常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,中医又称白疕。历代中医医家非常重视地域因素对疾病造成的影响,强调气候、饮食、体质等因素在患病过程中所发挥的重要作用。结合四川地区独特的地理位置和气候环境,经过长期的临床实践与总结,本文提出寻常性银屑病以脾虚为本,湿热内蕴为因,皮肤红斑鳞屑为果,提倡以寒温并调、清热利湿、健脾疏肝为治法,以标本兼治、扶正祛邪为目的治疗银屑病,临床常取得较为满意的疗效。本文介绍了川派皮科对银屑病的中医认识及治疗经验,以期为中医治疗寻常性银屑病的提供思路。Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease,belonging to the category of“baibi”in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).TCM practitioners in the past dynasties have attached great importance to the influence of regional factors on diseases,emphasizing the important role of climate,diet,physique and other factors in the pathogenic process.After long-term clinical practice and summary,combined with the unique geographical location and climatic environment of Sichuan,the author′s team proposed that spleen deficiency is the essence of psoriasis vulgaris and dampness-heat is the cause as well as skin erythema and scale is the result.Therefore,the treatment of combining cold and warm regulation,clearing heat and removing dampness,strengthening the spleen and soothing the liver are advocated.The purpose of treating psoriasis is to treat both manifestation and the root cause,and to strengthen vital qi and eliminate pathogenic factors.Clinically,we have obtained satisfactory curative effect.This paper introduces the Chinese medicine understanding and treatment experience of dermatology of Sichuan school on psoriasis to provide Chinese medicine ideas for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease,also known as"Baibi"in Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practitioners have attached great importance to the impact of geographical factors on this disease and emphasized the important role played by climate,diet,physical fitness and other factors.Combing the unique geographical location and climatic environment of Sichuan,this paper proposes that common type psoriasis is caused by spleen deficiency and dampness heat to make erythema and scaling of the skin after a long period of clinical practice and summarization.Psoriasis is treated by adjusting the cold and temperature,clearing heat and eliminating dampness,strengthening the spleen and dredging the liver to support the positive and dispel the evil spirits for better effect.This article introduces th
