摘  要:利用高分辨透射电子显微镜和能谱仪对Zirlo合金和M5合金进行了微观组织和微区成分分析。结果表明:M5合金中圆球状的第二相弥散分布在晶界上和晶粒内,尺寸约为50 nm;第二相的主要成分为Zr元素和Nb元素,第二相为体心立方结构的β-Nb相;在Zirlo合金中弥散分布着两种尺寸不同的第二相粒子,一种为体心立方结构的β-Nb,尺寸为20~40 nm;另一种为密排六方结构的Fe_(2)Nb_(0.4)Zr_(0.6)相,尺寸约为100 nm。The microstructure and micro-area composition of Zirlo alloy and M5 alloy were analyzed by highresolution transmission electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer.The results show that the spherical second phase in M5 alloy was dispersed on the grain boundary and in the grain,and the size was about 50 nm.The main components of the second phase were Zr element and Nb element,and the second phase wasβ-Nb phase with bodycentered cubic structure.Two kinds of second phase particles with different sizes were dispersed in Zirlo alloy.One wasβ-Nb with body-centered cubic structure,and the size was 20-40 nm.The other was Fe_(2)Nb_(0.4)Zr_(0.6) phase with a closepacked hexagonal structure,with a size of about 100 nm.
