摘  要:某海上油田电泵连接螺栓发生断裂现象,采用宏观观察、断口分析、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验等方法分析螺栓断裂的原因。结果表明:螺栓的断裂模式为疲劳断裂,在服役过程中,螺栓根部发生点腐蚀,进而引起应力腐蚀微裂纹,在电泵振动应力的作用下,腐蚀微裂纹进一步扩展,直至螺栓断裂。The connecting bolt of electric pump in an offshore oilfield was fractured.The causes of bolt fracture were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,fracture analysis,chemical composition analysis,hardness test and metallographic examination.The results show that the fracture mode of the bolt was fatigue fracture.During the service process,pitting corrosion occured at the root of the bolt,which in turn induced stress corrosion microcracks.Under the action of the vibration stress of the electric pump,the corrosion microcracks further expanded until the bolt broke.
