摘  要:6061铝合金管材在车削时出现表面剥落的异常现象,采用化学成分分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析、X射线衍射分析等方法对铝合金管材表面剥落区域进行研究。结果表明:表面剥落区域存在少量的Al_(2)O_(3)和微量的SiO_(2)、MgO等氧化物夹杂及微量的精炼剂残留物;在铝合金熔炼的过程中,杂质元素和夹杂物去除不充分,剥落处存在Al_(2)O_(3)等夹杂物的聚集,Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物的硬度高于铝基体,导致管材发生剥落现象。The surface peel of 6061 aluminum alloy tube occurred during turning.The surface peel area of aluminum alloy tube was studied by means of chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,and X-ray diffraction analysis.The results showed that there were a small amount of Al_(2)O_(3),a small amount of SiO_(2),MgO and other oxide inclusions and a small amount of refining agent residues in the surface peel area.This was because in the process of aluminum alloy smelting,the removal of impurity elements and inclusions was not sufficient,and the aggregation of inclusions such as Al_(2)O_(3) existed at the peel area.The hardness of Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions was higher than that of aluminum matrix,resulting in peeling phenomenon.
