摘  要:某二次过热器在使用2个月后发生爆裂现象,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析、金相检验等方法对管道开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:管道外部的高温烟气中含有硫、磷、氯等元素,其中硫元素含量较高,导致管道外壁发生氧化腐蚀,管道在烟气冲刷的作用下发生腐蚀减薄,导致其承载能力下降,最终管道减薄较严重区域在内部蒸汽压力的作用下发生一次性爆裂现象。A secondary superheater cracked after 2 months of use.The causes of pipeline burst were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,metallographic examination and so on.The results show that the high temperature flue gas outside the pipeline contained sulfur,phosphorus,chlorine and other elements,among which the content of sulfur was high,which led to the oxidative corrosion of the outer wall of the pipeline.The corrosion thinning of the pipeline under the action of flue gas erosion led to the decrease of its bearing capacity.Finally,the one-time burst occured in the area with serious thinning of the pipeline under the action of internal steam pressure.
