论上海市建筑管道产品自律备案的重要性

摘　　要：随着市建委针对建材备案“放、管、服”改革工作的进一步深化,一方面备案范围得到精简,优化完善了备案建材目录,另一方面信用体系建设和行业自律建设被进一步推进,推动了行业协会建立健全行业经营自律规范、自律公约和职业道德准则。在此社会背景下,为进一步保障建筑管道产品的质量,上海市化学建材行业协会制定了管道产品自律备案目录,并规范了产品检测标准及性能参数,为进一步完善建筑管道产品的备案管理及质量保障提供了可靠依据。As the Municipal Construction Committee's policy further deepens the building materials record"release,management,and service"reform work,it has streamlined the scope of filing and optimized the catalog of filed building materials.Concurrently,it has actively advanced the construction of a credit system and industry self-regulation,the establishment and improvement of industry management self-regulatory norms,self-regulatory conventions,and professional ethics codes are promoted.Against this social backdrop,to further ensure the quality of construction pipeline products,the Shanghai Chemical Building Materials Industry Association has developed a self-regulatory filing catalog for pipeline products and standardized product testing standards and performance parameters.This study provides a reliable basis for further perfecting the filing management and quality assurance of building pipeline products.
