摘 要:基于某高速磁悬浮试验线工程,针对传统预制工艺复杂、梁体运输困难等缺陷,开展了高速磁悬浮轨道板高精度整体预制关键技术研究,开发了预制高精度高速磁悬浮轨道板的专用模具和高精度集成功能区定位技术。结果表明:精确合模卡位技术可有效保证梁板的尺寸精度,提高施工效率;高精度集成功能区定位技术大大提升了各部件的定位准确程度,显著简化了后续施工流程,精度和效率都得到了保障;该技术具有明显的时间经济效益、技术经济效益和社会效益。Based on a high-speed maglev test line project,the key technology of high precision overall prefabrication of high speed maglev track plate was studied given the defects of traditional prefabrication processes and beam body transportation difficulties.A special mold for prefabricating high precision high speed maglev track plates and high precision integrated functional area positioning technology were developed.Results show that precise clamping technology can effectively control the dimensional accuracy of the beam plate and improve construction efficiency.The high precision integrated functional area positioning technology greatly improves the accuracy of positioning,significantly simplifies subsequent construction,and ensures accuracy and efficiency.This research presents time economic,technical economic and social benefits.
