摘　　要：房屋工程的安全鉴定实践工作只有得到了规范化的深入实施开展,房屋工程的建筑体系结构中常见质量缺陷才会获得全方位的排查,据此实现切实保障房屋建筑物质量安全的目标。在当前阶段房屋建筑工程规模快速扩展的趋势下,针对房屋工程采取精细化的安全鉴定管理工作具有非常突出的作用。本文重点探讨了房屋工程目前普遍存在的安全鉴定管理实践工作问题,结合房屋安全鉴定管理工作的基本目标来探讨优化完善的对策。The quality and safety of housing projects can only be effectively safeguarded when it is implemented in a standardized and thorough manner,allowing for a comprehensive inspection of common quality defects in the building structure of housing projects.With the rapid expansion of engineering scales in current housing construction,adopting refined safety assessment management for housing projects plays a significantly protective role in practice.This paper focused on discussing the common issues in the current safety assessment management practices of housing projects,and explores optimized strategies by combining the fundamental objectives of housing safety assessment work.
