摘　　要：IoT和AI技术的结合为社区健康管理带来了革新,本研究构建了一个融合物联网和人工智能技术的社区健康管理平台,以提高社区健康服务的效率和质量。该平台能有效整合社区健康数据,提供个性化的健康管理服务,特别是在提升社区健康水平、辅助慢性病管理等方面表现有较好的应用价值。进而,本文引申并分析了物联网技术和人工智能技术在健康数据分析、风险评估和健康建议方面的应用。因此,构建平台在提高社区健康管理效率、促进健康素养提升、降低医疗成本方面具有积极作用,但在数据隐私和安全性方面仍需进一步研究和改进。The combination of IoT and AI technologies has brought innovation to community health management.This paper constructs a community health management platform that integrates IoT and AI technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of community health services.This platform can effectively integrate community health data,provide personalized health management services,and demonstrate good application value,especially in improving community health levels and assisting in chronic disease management.Furtherly,the research analyzes the application of IoT and AI technologies in health data analysis,risk assessment,and health recommendations provision.Therefore,the construction of platforms has a positive effect on improving the efficiency of community health management,promoting health literacy,and reducing medical costs.However,further research and improvement are needed in the areas of data privacy and security.
