开展质量安全追溯,提高果品安全生产水平

摘　　要：为保障果品质量安全,应建立质量安全可追溯系统。该文论述了果品安全的重要性,分析果品质量安全追溯现状与问题,建议通过注册登录追溯平台、应用追溯系统及消费者追溯果品信息,提高果农参与率,完善追溯制度,强化宣传培训与国际接轨,最终实现果品安全追溯平台的专业化、数字化、资源化。To ensure the quality and safety of fruits,a quality and safety traceability system should be established.This article discusses the importance of fruit safety,analyzes the current situation and problems of fruit quality and safety traceability,and suggests improving the participation rate of fruit farmers,improving traceability systems,strengthening publicity and training with international standards,and ultimately achieving the professionalization,digitization,and resource utilization of fruit safety traceability platforms by logging into registration traceability platforms,applying traceability systems,and consumer traceability of fruit information.
