改良外剥内扎联合弹力线套扎术治疗混合痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究对混合痔患者实施改良外剥内扎联合弹力线套扎术治疗的疗效。方法选择2022年3月—2023年3月在临沂市中心医院接受治疗的76例混合痔患者作为研究对象,按患者入院先后顺序将其均分为A、B两组,每组38例。对A组实施传统外剥内扎术治疗,B组则进行改良外剥内扎联合弹力线套扎术治疗,比较A、B两组临床指标、主要症状评分、手术治疗效果以及术后并发症发生情况。结果A组患者术中出血量大于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者手术时长、手术部位愈合时间、住院时间长于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组手术创面疼痛及肛缘水肿程度较B组更严重,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者手术治疗效果以及并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对混合痔患者行改良外剥内扎联合弹力线套扎术能有效减少患者术中出血量,缩短手术所需时间,患者术后能更快恢复,且患者手术创面疼痛更弱,肛缘水肿程度更低。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of modified external stripping and internal ligation combined with elastic wire ligation on patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods The 76 mixed hemorrhoids patients treated in Linyi Central Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.And they were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.According to the order of patients'admission,they were divided into two groups A and B.Group A underwent traditional external stripping and ligation,while Group B underwent modifi ed external stripping and ligation combined with elastic line ligation.The clinical indicators,main symptom scores,surgical treatment eff ect and postoperative complications of groups A and B were compared.Results The intraoperative bleeding in group A was greater than that in group B,signifi cant(P<0.05).Operation duration,healing time and hospital stay in Group A were longer than Group B(P<0.05).Surgical wound pain and anal margin edema were more severe in group A than in group B(P<0.05).No signifi cant diff erence was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The improved external stripping and internal ligation combined with elastic wire ligation for mixed hemorrhoids is highly safe and can achieve ideal treatment results.
