中医刮痧联合耳穴贴压护理在玻璃体切割术后气滞血瘀型高眼压中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医刮痧联合耳穴贴压护理在玻璃体切割术后气滞血瘀型高眼压中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月—2022年12月江苏省中医院收治的96例玻璃体切割术后气滞血瘀型高眼压患者作为研究对象,根据1∶1随机掷硬币原则分为观察组与对照组,每组48例。对照组给予耳穴贴压护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予中医刮痧护理,两组护理观察1个月,比较两组眼压、视力、疼痛与不良反应发生情况。结果护理后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组眼压均低于护理前、最佳裸眼视力均高于护理前,且观察组眼压降低幅度更大、最佳裸眼视力升高幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组疼痛NRS评分均低于护理前,且观察组降低幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理1个月期间的失眠、肩颈腰背酸痛、疲乏不适等不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医刮痧联合耳穴贴压护理在玻璃体切割术后气滞血瘀型高眼压中的应用,能降低患者的眼压,提高总体治疗效果,提高最佳裸眼视力,缓解疼痛,降低其不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the application eff ects of traditional Chinese medicine scraping combined with ear acupoint pressing nursing in the treatment of high intraocular pressure caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis after vitrectomy.Methods A total of 96 patients with intraocular hypertension with qi stagnation and blood stasis after vitrectomy treated in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(48 cases)according to 1:1 random coin toss principle.The control group was given auricular point sticking care,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine scraping care on the basis of the control group's care.The two groups were observed for 1 month,and the occurrence of IOP,vision,pain and adverse reactions were recorded in the two groups.Results After nursing,the total eff ective rate of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After care,the IOP of both groups was lower than before care,and the optimal naked eye visual acuity was higher than before care(P<0.05),and the IOP of the observation group was lower and the optimal naked eye visual acuity was higher(P<0.05).After nursing,the pain NRS scores in both groups were lower than before nursing(P<0.05),and the decrease in observation group was greater(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as insomnia,shoulder,neck and back pain,fatigue and discomfort in the observation group was signifi cantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM Gua Sha combined with auricular point sticking nursing in the treatment of high IOP with qi stasis and blood stasis after vitrectomy can promote the reduction of IOP,improve the overall treatment eff ect,reduce the best naked eye vision,promote pain relief and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
