摘  要:目的:为探究大学生锻炼动机对锻炼坚持性的影响及相关因素。方法:通过问卷调查法对415名在校大学生的锻炼动机强弱和锻炼坚持性进行了调研评估,进行相关分析,运用标准曲线分析进一步探讨了锻炼动机和锻炼坚持性之间的关系。结果:锻炼动机和锻炼坚持性显著相关,标准曲线分析的显示,锻炼动机中的能力动机、健康动机和社交动机对大学生锻炼坚持中行为习惯有积极影响(β=0.26,95%CI[0.18,0.34],P<0.001;β=0.16,95%CI[0.06,0.26],P=0.02;β=0.14,95%CI[0.04,0.23],P=0.01);锻炼动机中的5个维度动机都对锻炼坚持的努力投入的有显著影响,分别是能力动机(β=0.29,95%CI[0.23,0.36],P<0.001)、外貌动机(β=0.18,95%CI[0.11,0.26],P<0.001)、健康动机(β=0.28,95%CI[0.20,0.35],P<0.001)、乐趣动机(β=0.21,95%CI[0.13,0.29],P<0.001)和社交动机(β=0.23,95%CI[0.15,0.30],P<0.001);但是无法预测锻炼坚持性中的情绪体验。结论:能力动机、健康动机和社交动机对大学生锻炼坚持中的行为习惯和努力投入产生积极影响;乐趣和外貌动机也能够帮助大学生保持锻炼的积极性和坚持性,使他们能够养成良好的锻炼习惯;需要注意的是,无法预测锻炼坚持性中的情绪体验。Objective:To investigate the influence of college students'exercise motivation on exercise adherence and related factors.Methods:Through a questionnaire survey,415 college students were investigated and evaluated for their exercise motivation and exercise adherence,and correlation analysis was conducted to further explore the relationship between exercise motivation and exercise adherence using specification curve analysis.Results:Exercise motivation and exercise adherence were significantly correlated,and specification curve analysis's showed that ability motivation,health motivation,and social motivation in exercise motivation had a positive effect on college students'behavioral habits in exercise adherence(β=0.26,95%CI[0.18,0.34],P<0.001),(β=0.16,95%CI[0.06,0.26],P=0.02),(β=0.14,95%CI[0.04,0.23],P=0.01);All five dimensions of motivation in exercise motivation had a significant effect on the effort invested in exercise adherence,namely,competence motivation(β=0.29,95%CI[0.23,0.36],P<0.001),appearance motivation(β=0.18,95%CI[0.110.26],P<0.001),health motivation(β=0.28,95%CI[0.20,0.35],P<0.001),fun motivation(β=0.21,95%CI[0.13,0.29],P<0.001)and social motivation(β=0.23,95%CI[0.15,0.30],P<0.001);However,it was not possible to predict emotional experience in exercise adherence.Conclusion:Ability motivation,health motivation,and social motivation positively influence college students'behavioral habits and effort commitment in exercise adherence;pleasure and appearance motivation can also help college students remain motivated and adherent to exercise,enabling them to develop good exercise habits;it is important to note that it is not possible to predict the emotional experience in exercise adherence.
