摘 要:随着开关电源频率的不断提升,磁性元件中导体的涡流损耗成为设计时的重点关注部分。本文以平面型电感器为研究对象,将导体的涡流损耗分解为集肤效应损耗和邻近效应损耗,利用数值计算的方法探索集肤效应损耗的影响因素,并借助半近似解析式获取电感器中的邻近效应损耗。通过对平面型电感器线圈的集肤效应损耗、邻近效应损耗以及总损耗的分析,为工程上分析损耗所占百分比提供了一条可行的途径。As the frequency of switching power supply continues to increase,the eddy current losses of conductors in magnetic components have become a key concern in design.In this paper,the planar inductor is taken as the research object,and the eddy current losses of the conductors are decomposed into loss of skin effect and loss of proximity effect.In this paper,numerical calculation method is used to explore the influencing factors of loss of skin effect,and loss of proximity effect in inductors is obtained by semi-approximation analytical formula.Through the analysis of the skin effect loss,the proximity effect loss and the total losses of the planar inductor coil,a feasible approach is provided for analyzing the percentage of various losses in engineering.
