摘　　要：本文旨在通过文献研究,梳理当前银行智能产品适老化设计改良的现状,揭i示研究的不足,并探讨未来的发展趋势,为相关研究人员提供参考。利用CteSpace分析近国内银行智能产品适老化设计研究的关键节点文献、热点领域等问题。通过文献分析法和内容分析法对国内外文献进行分析,了解银行智能产品适老化设计的研究现状。完成对银行智能产品适老化设计的发展过程、应用、优势及未来趋势的设计综述。国内对于银行智能设备适老化的研究目前处于探索和起步阶段。老年人使用银行智能产品所出现的问题并没有解决,银行智能产品适老化设计还有着较大的发展空间。与其他学科相结合的银行智能产品适老化设计改良的应用研究会成为重中之重。To carry out literature research in view of the current application problems of bank smart products in the elderly population,sort out the current situation of aging design improvement of bank smart products,form a relatively complete and rich literature review,find the shortcomings of bank smart products aging research at this stage,and judge the future development trend to provide reference for relevant researchers.CiteSpace was used to analyze the key node literature,hot areas and other issues in the research on aging design of smart products in domestic banks.Through the literature analysis method and content analysis method,the domestic and foreign literature is analyzed to understand the research status of the aging design of bank intelligent products.The design review of the development process,application,advantages and future trends of the aging design of bank intelligent products was completed.Through the visual analysis of CiteSpace,the domestic research on the aging of bank smart devices is currently in the exploration and initial stage.With the advent of an aging society,the academic research on the age-appropriate design of bank smart products has also increased.The age-appropriate design of bank products began to change from the study of ergonomics to the study of bank product interface and interaction logic.However,the current research in China has not solved the problems of the elderly using bank smart products,most of them stay on the surface,and there is still a lot of room for development in the aging design of bank smart products.
