摘　　要：依托星河雅宝高科创新园四A地块项目,面对其东北角和东南角内支撑立柱穿过底板结构,后期施工可能造成底板抗浮受力薄弱和存在渗水隐患的问题,经过方案比选,决定在立柱周围焊接两层钢板并将其底板钢筋与环板进行焊接,确保底板一次成型,最终解决了底板抗浮受力薄弱和渗水隐患的难题。Based on the Xinghe Yabao Plot 4A project,facing the problem that the supporting columns in the northeast and southeast corners pass through the floor structure,which may lead to weak buoyancy resistance and potential water seepage in the floor during later construction,after scheme comparison and selection,it was decided to weld two layers of steel plates around the columns and weld their bottom plate reinforcement with the ring plate to ensure that the bottom plate is formed at one time,ultimately solving the problems of weak anti-floating force and hidden water seepage of the bottom plate.
