温拌橡胶沥青玛蹄脂混合料设计及施工技术研究

摘　　要：为提高沥青路面的施工质量和施工性能,论文对温拌橡胶沥青SMA混合料进行研究,结合车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验和小梁弯曲试验评价混合料的路用性能。试验结果:当采用最佳油石比6.3%时,温拌橡胶沥青SMA混合料动稳定度为8305次/mm,冻融劈裂强度比92.2%,弯拉强度为10.4 MPa,劲度模量为3227 MPa,具有较好的应用效果。In order to improve the construction quality and performance of asphalt pavement,this paper studied the warm-mixed rubber asphalt SMA mixture,combined with rut test,freeze-thaw splitting test and trabecular bending test to evaluate the road performance of the mixture.The test results show that when the optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio is 6.3%,the dynamic stability of the warm mixed rubber asphalt SMA mixture is 8305 times/mm,the freezing-thawing splitting strength ratio is 92.2%,the bending and tensile strength is 10.4 MPa,and the stiffness modulus is 3227 MPa,which has a good application effect.
