摘 要:提出了一种新的文物建筑外立面修缮加固技术。该技术针对当前单结构桁架修缮加固范围受限、平均承压比下降的问题,根据实际修缮加固需求及标准,确定原结构指标及加固点,增设钢结构幕墙,采用多层级的方式搭建外立面桁架,采用外立面剪力墙弹性加固的方式进行处理。研究结果表明,在针对选定的5个点位测定后,平均承压比可以达到3.5以上,该技术不仅解决了现有技术的局限性,还能够准确地应对复杂的修缮加固需求,可应用于建筑文物的修筑范围较大的情况。This article proposes a new technique for repairing and reinforcing the exterior facade of cultural relics buildings.This technology addresses the issues of limited repair and reinforcement scope and decreased average compression ratio in current single structure truss repairs.Based on actual repair and reinforcement needs and standards,the original structural indicators and reinforcement points are determined,steel curtain walls are added,and the outer facade truss is constructed in a multi-level manner.The outer facade shear wall elastic reinforcement method is used for treatment.The research results show that after measuring the selected 5 points,the average compression ratio can reach 3.5 or above.This technology not only solves the limitations of existing technology,but also accurately responds to complex repair and reinforcement needs.It can be applied to situations with a large construction range of architectural relics.
