摘　　要：为研究精细化管理在建筑施工管理工作中的应用,论文结合实际工程,介绍了精细化管理的整套流程和步骤,分别阐述了精细化管理在建筑工程决策阶段、筹备阶段、建设阶段的应用方式和管理体系。In order to study the application of fine management in construction management work,the paper introduces the whole process and steps of fine management combined with the actual project,and expounds the application mode and management system of fine management in the decision-making stage,preparatory stage and construction stage of construction engineering respectively.
