摘  要:山地光伏电站项目受自然条件的影响,现场施工和组织管理难度大,容易产生质量隐患,造成进度延误。论文研究了山地光伏电站项目施工阶段管理优化策略,在明确山地光伏电站项目特点和施工管理问题的基础上,从质量管理和进度管理两方面出发,分析了施工阶段管理优化措施和现有管理模式的局限性,通过技术革新,积极探索BIM技术在山地光伏电站项目施工阶段管理中的有效应用,实现更好的管理效果。The mountain photovoltaic power station project is affected by natural conditions,making on-site construction and organizational management difficult,and prone to quality hazards,resulting in schedule delays.This paper studies the management optimization strategy of the construction phase of the mountain photovoltaic power station project.On the basis of clarifying the characteristics and construction management problems of the mountain photovoltaic power station project,it analyzes the management optimization measures of the construction phase and the limitations of the existing management mode from two aspects of quality management and schedule management.Actively explore the effective application of BIM technology in the management of the construction stage of the mountain photovoltaic power station project to achieve better management results.
