摘　　要：研究了建筑施工总承包项目中消防设施施工的全过程管理,探讨了设计阶段、施工准备阶段以及施工过程的质量管理策略,阐述了建筑施工总承包项目中,消防设施施工的文档与记录管理,以及风险管理的相关内容。This paper studies the whole process management of fire fighting facilities construction in the general contract project of building construction,discusses the quality management strategy of design stage,construction preparation stage and construction process,and expounds the document and record management of fire fighting facilities construction in the general contract project of building construction,as well as the related content of risk management.
