摘　　要：针对总承包项目各参与方众多、工程进度要求高、形成档案资料复杂多样等因素,分析承包项目档案管理工作的复杂性。总结出提升总承包项目档案管理水平的措施,并从总承包项目档案利用者需求的角度,探讨总承包项目档案利用者需求的构成维度与特征,通过识别和满足利用者的需求,提出提升总承包项目档案服务水平的建议。This paper analyzes the complexity of the archives management of the general contract project in view of the factors such as the large number of participants,the high requirement of the project schedule and the complex and diverse formation of the archives,summarizes the measures to improve the level of general contract project archives management,and discusses the dimensions and characteristics of general contract project archives users’needs from the perspective of general contract project archives users’needs.Through identifying and meeting the needs of users,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of general contract project archives service.
