摘　　要：神经递质调控是研究局灶性脑缺血损伤机制的重要内容,近年来研究发现局灶性脑缺血损伤发生后神经递质发生变化,与钙超载、炎症反应、氧化应激等病理过程相互关联,相互影响,通过神经、内分泌、免疫等多种途径干预局灶性脑缺血损伤的发生、发展、预后。中医药历史悠久,源远流长,中药及其复方具有多成分、多靶点、不良反应小等特点,适用于局灶性脑缺血损伤复杂多样的病理机制,被广泛用于神经系统疾病的治疗。近年来研究发现中药可以调控神经递质及受体的传递,对于局灶性脑缺血的治疗具有重要的意义,其内在机制也成为研究热点。文章以神经递质的分类为主线,系统梳理了不同分类的神经递质与局灶性脑缺血损伤的相关性,分析了中药对其的影响,为局灶性脑缺血后神经递质变化的相关研究提供思路,对中医药防治缺血性脑损伤的前景进行展望。Neurotransmitter regulation is an important element in the study of the mechanism of focal cerebral ischemic injury.In recent years,it has been found that neurotransmitter changes occur after focal cerebral ischemic injury,which are interrelated and interact with pathological processes such as calcium overload,inflammatory response,and oxidative stress,and intervene in the occurrence,development,and prognosis of focal cerebral ischemic injury through a variety of pathways,such as neurological,endocrine,and immune pathways.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history with a long history,and TCM and its compound formulas are characterized by multi-components,multi-targets,and few side effects,which are applicable to the complex and diverse pathological mechanisms of focal cerebral ischemic injury,and are widely used in the treatment of neurological diseases.In recent years,it has been found that traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the transmission of neurotransmitters and receptors,which is of great significance for the treatment of focal cerebral ischemia,and its intrinsic mechanism has become a research hotspot.This paper takes the classification of neurotransmitters as the main line,systematically combs through the correlation between different classifications of neurotransmitters and focal cerebral ischemic injury,analyzes the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on them,provides ideas for the research related to the changes of neurotransmitters after focal cerebral ischemia,and looks forward to the prospect of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating ischemic cerebral injury.
