摘　　要：近年来随着人们生活方式不断改变,临界性高血压伴焦虑状态已成为威胁人们健康的疾病,并受到了广泛关注。许多医家在治疗高血压等心血管疾病的同时会兼顾精神心理问题,但缺乏理论支持。根据临界性高血压伴焦虑状态的临床表现其当属“形神”同病。基于此,本文主要论述了临界性高血压伴焦虑状态的中西医机制、形神一体与临界性高血压伴焦虑状态的关系及临界性高血压伴焦虑状态的“形神并调”治疗原则,并提出了“形神失常”“肝脾不和”为临界性高血压伴焦虑状态的主要病机,在临证遣方时应“形神并调”,以调和肝脾为主。In recent years,with the continuous changes in people's lifestyles,baseline hypertension with anxiety has become a disease that threatens people's health and has received widespread attention.Many doctors consider mental and psychological issues while treating cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,but this lacks theoretical support.According to the clinical manifestations of baseline hypertension with anxiety,it should be classified as a"form and spirit"comorbidity.Based on this,this article mainly discusses the mechanisms of traditional Chinese and western medicine for baseline hypertension with anxiety,the relationship between the integration of form and spirit,and baseline hypertension with anxiety,as well as the treatment principle of"harmony of form and spirit"for baseline hypertension with anxiety.It also proposes that"form and spirit disorders"and"liver and spleen disorders"are the main pathogenesis of baseline hypertension with anxiety,and in clinical treatment,"harmony of form and spirit"should be carried out,with a focus on harmonizing the liver and spleen.
